In addition to his real estate background, Steven acquired marketing, branding and sales experience in consumer products as the inventor and creator of Strutz(R), a popular over the counter foot healthcare product that helps alleviate common foot pain. Raised on Long Island, New York, Steven lived in Manhattan for many years, and now resides in Queens, New York. He concentrates in the Manhattan, Queens , and Western Nassau County markets. He holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. In free time, Steven enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, running, skiing, fishing and cooking for family and friends. He is a triathlete and marathoner, and a supporter of Team Red, White and Blue, God’s Love We Deliver, the Leukemia Lymphoma Society/Team-in-Training, Fred’s Team (Memorial Sloan Kettering), and the American Cancer Society.

Andreas is a true New Yorker. He was born and raised in Astoria, Queens by his parents, who immigrated from Greece and went on to become successful business owners. Through living in Astoria, then Whitestone, and eventually buying a home of his own in Flushing, his knowledge of Queens, NY is quite extensive.
Andreas would attend Queens College, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Andreas began his real estate career in Manhattan while working with NAI Friedland Realty. This provided him with extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and allowed him to transition into hotel management. After spending several years as an operations executive in the hospitality industry in Manhattan and Long Island, he eventually returned to his true passion in commercial real estate.
Andreas is married and a father of two children. In addition to spending time with his family, Andreas enjoys reading, cooking and watching his beloved New York Rangers. He participates in several charitable causes including his work with the American Cancer Society as a member of Douglas Elliman’s Real Men Wear Pink campaign. He is also a Bourbon enthusiast, and a self-proclaimed Cigar Aficionado.
